Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stake Sight (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. Description of Service

Stake Sight is a browser extension that provides statistical analysis, data visualization, and utility tools for Stake.com. The Service includes:

• Keno Stats Tracker: Heatmaps, pattern analysis, strategy recommendations
• Mines Stats Tracker: Position analysis, risk assessment, historical data
• Stake Tools: Vault calculator, bet tracker, quick bets, hide/show balances, seed rotator
• Dashboard: License management, device tracking, account settings

Important: Stake Sight is a third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Stake.com or its parent companies.

3. License Grant and Restrictions

3.1 License Tiers

We offer three license types:

• Free: Limited features with no license required
• Pro (Monthly/Annual): Full feature access for subscription period
• Ultimate (Lifetime): Perpetual access to current and future features

3.2 Device Limits

• Each license key can be activated on a maximum of 3 devices simultaneously
• You may deactivate devices at any time via the dashboard to free up slots
• Device tracking is based on unique browser fingerprints (browser + OS + hardware identifiers)
• Reinstalling the same browser on the same device counts as a new activation
• Exceeding device limits or attempting to bypass them will result in license suspension without refund

3.3 Permitted Use

You may:

• Install and use the extension on your personal devices within device limits
• Use the Service for personal, non-commercial analysis of your Stake.com activity
• Access historical data and statistics generated from your own gameplay

3.4 Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Share, resell, or redistribute your license key to others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the extension
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Service
• Use the Service to violate Stake.com's Terms of Service or any applicable laws
• Use the Service for automated betting, botting, or advantage play prohibited by Stake.com
• Bypass license validation, device limits, or security measures
• Use the Service commercially or for any business purpose without written permission
• Scrape, data mine, or extract data from the Service's API

4. Payment and Billing

4.1 Cryptocurrency Payments

All payments are processed in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, etc.) via NOWPayments. By purchasing, you agree to:

• Payments are final and non-refundable (see Section 4.3)
• You are responsible for all transaction fees (network gas fees, exchange fees)
• Payment confirmation may take up to 60 minutes depending on blockchain network congestion
• Sending an incorrect cryptocurrency amount or to the wrong address will result in loss of funds (we cannot reverse blockchain transactions)

4.2 Subscriptions

• Monthly subscriptions: Renew automatically unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal date
• Annual subscriptions: Renew automatically unless cancelled 7 days before renewal date
• Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period
• You retain access until the end of the paid period even after cancellation
• Prices may change with 30 days notice for renewals (existing subscriptions grandfathered)

4.3 Refund Policy

⚠️ ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Failure to read product descriptions or these Terms
• Account suspension due to Terms violations
• Compatibility issues with unsupported browsers
• Service interruptions due to Stake.com changes or third-party issues

Exceptions: Refunds may be considered only in cases of technical failure to deliver the license key within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Contact support@getstakesight.com with proof of payment.

4.4 License Delivery

License keys are delivered via email to the address provided during purchase. Check your spam folder. If not received within 24 hours, contact support with your transaction ID.

5. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One account per person (multiple accounts will be merged or suspended)
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including unauthorized use
• Notify us immediately at support@getstakesight.com if you suspect unauthorized access

6. Account Termination

6.1 Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time via the dashboard. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Active subscriptions will not be refunded upon voluntary account deletion.

6.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy
• Share or resell your license key
• Exceed device limits or bypass license validation
• Engage in fraudulent activity or chargebacks
• Use the Service in a way that harms us, other users, or Stake.com

Termination results in:

• Immediate loss of access to the Service (no refund)
• Revocation of all license keys associated with your account
• Permanent ban from repurchasing the Service
• Possible legal action for damages

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, code, designs, and trademarks in the Service are owned by Stake Sight or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. You do not acquire ownership rights.

"Stake Sight" and associated logos are trademarks of Stake Sight. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 No Guarantees

⚠️ STAKE SIGHT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

• We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• We do not guarantee compatibility with all browsers, devices, or future Stake.com updates
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any data or statistics
• We do not guarantee that using the Service will improve your gambling outcomes or profitability

8.2 Gambling Risks

🚨 STAKE SIGHT IS A STATISTICAL TOOL, NOT A GAMBLING SYSTEM.

• All gambling involves risk. You may lose money. No tool can guarantee winnings or eliminate house edge.
• Historical patterns and statistics do not predict future outcomes
• The Service is for informational and educational purposes only, not financial or gambling advice
• You are solely responsible for your gambling decisions and any losses incurred

8.3 Third-Party Changes

Stake.com may update their platform at any time, which could break compatibility with Stake Sight. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain functionality but cannot guarantee immediate fixes. No refunds will be issued for temporary incompatibility due to third-party changes.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STAKE SIGHT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or gambling losses
• Service interruptions, bugs, or data inaccuracies
• Unauthorized access to your account or data breaches
• Actions taken by Stake.com related to your use of the Service

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stake Sight, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Service in violation of any law or third-party rights
• Your gambling activities on Stake.com
• Unauthorized sharing or misuse of your license key

10. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. This includes:

• Adding or removing features
• Changing pricing for new purchases (existing licenses unaffected)
• Implementing usage limits or rate limiting
• Requiring software updates for continued access

Lifetime licenses guarantee access to the Service as long as it exists, but do not guarantee specific features will remain unchanged.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States
• Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration (not class action lawsuits)
• Arbitration will be conducted by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules
• You waive your right to a jury trial
• Small claims court is available for disputes under $10,000

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
