Refund Policy

Why We Cannot Offer Refunds

• Cryptocurrency Transactions: Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once payment is confirmed, it cannot be reversed or charged back.
• Instant Digital Delivery: License keys are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. The product has been provided in full.
• Abuse Prevention: Digital products can be copied and shared. Refunds would enable users to obtain lifetime access and then request their money back.

No Refunds Will Be Issued For

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse after purchase
• Failure to read product descriptions, pricing, or these Terms before purchasing
• Account suspension due to violations of our Terms of Service (license sharing, exceeding device limits, etc.)
• Compatibility issues with unsupported browsers or operating systems
• Service interruptions caused by Stake.com updates or third-party changes
• Gambling losses or poor outcomes while using the Service
• Dissatisfaction with features or lack of perceived value
• Technical issues on your end (browser conflicts, extensions, firewall settings)
• Incorrect payment amounts or sending cryptocurrency to the wrong address

Exceptions (Rare Circumstances)

Refunds or credits may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

• Technical failure to deliver license key within 24 hours of confirmed payment, despite correct payment to the correct address
• Duplicate payment where you were accidentally charged twice for the same license
• Service discontinuation where we permanently shut down the Service within 30 days of a Lifetime license purchase (pro-rated refund)

To request an exception review, email support@getstakesight.com within 7 days of purchase with:

• Your transaction ID from NOWPayments
• Blockchain transaction hash
• Email address used for purchase
• Detailed explanation of the issue
• Screenshots or evidence of the problem

Note: Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approval is at our sole discretion. Most requests will be denied.

• Try the Free version first to test compatibility with your browser and setup
