  • Account Information: Email address when you create an account or sign in via magic link or OAuth (Google)
  • Payment Information: Cryptocurrency transaction details processed through our payment provider (NOWPayments). We do not store credit card information or private keys.
  • License Information: License keys, activation dates, device identifiers for multi-device license management

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, unique device identifiers for license validation
  • Usage Data: License validation requests, feature usage statistics, error logs for debugging purposes
  • Extension Data: Statistical data from Stake.com (game outcomes, bet history) processed locally within the extension. This data is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly opt-in to cloud sync features.

2.3 Data We Do NOT Collect

  • Your Stake.com login credentials or account passwords
  • Your cryptocurrency wallet private keys or seed phrases
  • Personal betting strategies or financial information beyond public game outcomes
  • Browsing history outside of Stake.com

We use the collected information for:

  • Service Delivery: Providing license validation, account management, and extension functionality
  • Communication: Sending license keys, transaction confirmations, and important service updates via email
  • Security: Detecting and preventing fraudulent license sharing, unauthorized access, and abuse
  • Improvement: Analyzing usage patterns to improve features, fix bugs, and optimize performance
  • Compliance: Meeting legal obligations and enforcing our Terms of Service

Your data is stored using Supabase (hosted on AWS) with the following security measures:

  • Database: PostgreSQL with Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring users can only access their own data
  • Encryption: Data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
  • Location: Data stored in AWS data centers (US region by default, EU region available upon request)
  • Backups: Automated daily backups retained for 30 days
  • Access: Limited to authorized personnel only, with audit logging enabled

  • Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account plus 90 days after deletion
  • License Keys: Retained indefinitely for lifetime licenses, or until 1 year after subscription expiration

  • Email Communications: Retained for 1 year for support reference
